Generally, our approach consists of 5 stages. How elaborate these stages are depends on the project. In some cases, a number of stages will be unnecessary. Each project has a specific setting and requires an individual approach. 
 
We start off with a brainstorm. In this stage we put our minds together and discover what you expect, what you want to reach, what the needs and wishes are and how you see your marketing evolving.
 
The next stage is an analysis of the current situation. What are the weaknesses, the strong aspects? What are possible threats and opportunities? What are the technical restrictions? What about work load or budget allocation? 
 
Given all this information, we move on to stage 3: developing a strategy. We translate the results from the brainstorm and the analysis into an integrated strategy. Important is that this strategy corresponds with your business strategy and that we define the key performance indicators. 
 
Once we’ve outlined the direction your organization wants to go, we’ll materialize this strategy into an operational communication plan. This plan will define the best combination of target groups, messages, channels, tools and timing. 
 
In the realization stage, we put our money where our mouth is. We translate the communication plan into a project plan and get started.
 
The final stage is evaluation. During and after the project, we’ll organize assessments. Based on the strategic goals and the KPI’s, we evaluate the project.
 
In real life, this process is a cycle and an ongoing learning process. So the final stage is not really a final stage but the starting point of a new cycle. It’s important that there is a synergy between the customer and us in every stage. Only these synergies can guarantee the success of each project.
