The sea and the sun. Always a popular place for everyone. The Belgian coast has beautiful historical and non-historical spots.  Through the online image bank, the Coastal Heritage cell is opening up its digital heritage to the general public. The aim is to collect all the photos and videos of the municipalities, while still allowing each municipality to manage its own media.

Kusterfgoed homepage

Accessing the heritage is done at Beeldbankkusterfgoed.be.

Through the search function with filters you can immediately find your way to photos or videos of the coast and the beach, but also postcards, posters and so much more. You can even find old class photos. You can also work as a true collector on the website. Create an account, log in, and you'll see the option to add to your collection with each photo.

Easily share heritage online

Are you curious about how the whole website was built? You can ask Kusterfgoed itself, because they have full control over their website. Need a new page? They will create it in no time!

All images and video managed in DAM are available in the website to be presented. Via the search function, but editors can also create their own collections and albums, to create thematic pages.

Mediahaven

As a DAM system, Coastal Heritage chose Zeticon's Mediahaven, a popular DAM system. Through our DAM module in the Digital Experience Platform, integration is a breeze.

Curious about what we can do for your heritage? We would be happy to come by with a nice demo. Would you like to know more?
